There was once a man who went and bought a very expensive piano for his home. No one in his family knew how to play piano nor did he have any intention of learning piano. But there the piano sat, for years, gathering dust. God mercifully saves us sinners through faith in Christ. But for what purpose? Just as a piano purchased at great expense is meant to be played, a sinner purchased by the precious blood of Christ is saved for a divine purpose on this earth.
