In the ‘Portrait of the Cross’ sermon series we’re asking, ‘what do you see in the cross?’ We believe that by answering that question we’ll see how the cross answers life’s big questions. For instance, this Sunday we’ll see how the cross and Christ’s triumph over the cross answers the question ‘who is God?’ by portraying to us God’s character and proving Christ’s identity. This God, who reveals Himself through the suffering of the cross, is worthy of our worship.
